Another Beloved Book Character Doll is Miss Hickory from the book by the name, by Carolyn Sherwyn Bailey. Like Hitty, Miss Hickory is a Newberry Medal Winner. I originally made this paper doll in 1999, at the request of some paper doll friends who were Miss Hickory fans. I think she makes a great companion for the Hitty Paper Dolls!
