How to Make
Candy from Clay
Never use household knives or other kitchen implements when
working with clay.
Always keep your clay instruments separate from food preparation areas.
For this project you will need: Clay such as Sculpy or Fimo |
Little hard Candies
Clay needed: 2 colors for candy, each the size of a marble. Roll out your piece of white or red clay. Make a tube of a piece of white or red clay the same size. |
Lay the tube onto the rolled out piece as shown. Wrap the flattened piece around the tube. GENTY roll it on your work surface to the size needed. If you roll too hard, you will smoosh the tube right into the outer layer, and there will not be a candy effect. |

Very carefully, cut off small pieces with a sharp knife. You will need to roll the tube gently to avoid flattening your candy too much.
Put the candy pieces on the aluminum foil, and bake to harden according to the directions of the clay you are using. |
